Such a nice store, always clean and has a really good selection. I just wish they carried sizes for women above 3X.
I want to give a shout to the cosmetic department. Especially Antoinette and Brian at Lancome. They are making you feel so special and really respect their customers. I am not a make up kind of person, however I have now with only skin care this healthy glow which makes me feel good in my own skin.
The customer service here was very shopper friendly.

A few days ago, my mom and me went to look for a a suit and pants for concert I have coming up. My mom came and tried to open the door to get in, but it couldn’t so she assumed it was too late. But by a miracle this kind lady called her back and said if she knew exactly what she was going to get she can go in quickly. My mom said yes and immediately went to the men’s section to get what she needed. But apparently a lady was being rude to her and said she had to speak in English (I believe as an insult), she proceeded to say she and my brother couldn’t go through because she was closing. You literally have a good few minutes, she just needed to grab something and pay. Just because you’re lazy, you shouldn’t be mean. We ended up having to come back a day before the Christmas concert we have. Though the rest of the service people were polite. Except for the certain lady.
It’s been a few months now. I went to get my niece a stroller. We knew which one we wanted. I told the girl. She asked you just want to see it? I told her I’m here to purchase the stroller. I would like for you to show us how it works. She told my the price of the stroller. I told her. I am aware of the price. She ask what color? Luckily a gentleman walks up&says black is all we have in stock. That’s fine the girl didn’t move. She just staring. So the guy tells her get the stroller. She didn’t know how to operate it. The gentleman takes over. I don’t know why this young lady. Tells us the cost of the stroller 3 more times. I was so annoyed. This is my niece 1st child. I wanted her to have whatever she thought would make it easier for her& the new baby.
Great store with lots of top notch choices & variety, & always get great help from the sweet manager there named Barbara, & she is the very best! : )
